Q. Are the gazebo's sturdy?
A. Yes. We only sell gazebo's with all-steel frames and joints.

Q. Do you have all colours in stock?
A. Yes. All colours shown are in stock and ready for immediate dispatch. Unless otherwise stated.

Q. Are the gazebo's fully waterproof?
A. Yes. All Easy Gazebo's are fully waterproof. Our canopies are made from 600d commercial-grade polyester canvas. (The industry average is just 300d).

Q. Can the gazebo be used on a hard surface?
A. Yes. All our gazebo's are supplied with four weight-bags. These can be
filled with sand or rocks and attached to each leg for extra stability.

Q. Can I buy spare parts in the event of any damage?
A. Yes, we keep stock of spares, they can be found on the accessories page.

A. We are based in Brighton, East Sussex. Our contact details can be found on the

Q. What are your hours of operations?
A. Office Hours are Monday - Friday 9 AM - 5 PM – Orders received over the weekend will be processed and shipped Monday. You can order online 24-7.

Q. How much is shipping?
A. £14.99 Each complete gazebo. (UK Mainland only) Overseas orders vary, Please email for quotation. contact-us page

Q. Do you charge VAT ?
A. VAT at the standard rate is included in the price. You will receive a VAT paid invoice with your order.

Q. How fast can the item be shipped?
A. All orders accepted before midday are shipped the same day. Orders received after midday will be shipped out the following day. From order to delivery will take 3-5 days. Excluding weekends & holidays. More details here.

Q. What does denier mean?
A. The denier weight determines the thickness of the canvas and helps determine the overall quality of the canopy. The higher the denier weight the thicker the canvas.
A 600 denier canopy is considered a commercial grade canopy.

Q. Are all canopies universal?
A. No - Canopies made by different manufactures are normally not interchangeable.

Q. What is the distance from the valance to the ground?
A. The distance from the valance to the ground is typically 6 feet 2 inches (1.9-mtrs)

Q. Are weight bags necessary?
A. Our gazebos are free standing and will withstand around 10 mph winds but pass that would need some support. All our Easy Gazebos are supplied with stakes, guy-ropes and leg weight bags. We recommend their use at all times.

Q. Do you have other sizes ?
A. We only stock 3x3 mtrs. If you need a larger size, you can join them together using toggles for extra stability.

Q. Are they Guaranteed ?
A. Wind/Weather or Customer Damage will not be covered under our returned policy or the manufacturer's warranty. Unless your goods are damaged during shipping, a claim must be made within 5 days of receipt. Please open your package and inspect upon receipt. If a package arrives damaged please save all packing materials and contact us immediately. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Important, please read

Easy Gazebos should be considered as a ‘temporary structure’.
Although these products are designed to withstand mild weather conditions including light winds and rain, they are not designed and sold to be used as a permanent or semi-permanent structure but rather as an occasional use item. As a general rule it is considered that the structure be used for day or night events but not left erected for days, weeks, or months etc.
Outdoor structures must be securely fixed: Due to the size of this item it is not possible to determine the type of fixing that may be required in all circumstances and uses.
It is important for the user to determine how and where the item is used and to be aware that the structure needs to be adequately secured to prevent damage to the structure and/or injury to people due to wind.
Suggestions: In some circumstances (e.g.: wind-sheltered courtyards) it may be adequate to use sandbags and light guy ropes to secure the item.
The user needs to keep in mind that this item has a large surface area and may need to be guyed down to other fixed structures, heavy sandbags, or a combination of both to prevent damage from wind.
Adequate measures required to secure the structure under the circumstances of its use are left to the end user to decide.
